Platform Introduction

Achieving low-cost, highly integrated Terahertz chip systems for industrialization.

    He has presided over and completed several national ministries projects such as "Radar Scatterometer Payload for Experimental Satellite", "xx Image Reconnaissance Spread Spectrum Data Link", and "High Sensitivity Millimeter Wave Terahertz Wave Dual-Frequency Co-Aperture Joint Phase Cloud Radar". He has more than ten national patents in the field of Terahertz key devices and components. Long-term research on Terahertz radar and Terahertz imaging transceiver and systems has been successfully applied to Terahertz cloud radar, millimeter wave/Terahertz band target scattering characteristic test systems with multiple national patents.
