Responsibilities:
1. Assist superior leaders to promote and implement recruitment, training, attendance, salary, performance, employee relations and other modules;
2. Assisted superior leaders to establish and revise various system documents of human resource management, and put forward suggestions for optimizing human resource management according to the actual situation of the institute;
3. According to the recruitment needs of the department, carry out and implement the recruitment work (such as Posting job information, searching resumes, inviting and organizing staff interviews and follow-up follow-up feedback, sending employment notices, etc.);
4. Responsible for employee entry and departure, transfer, transaction, labor contract signing, management of employee files, etc.;
5, follow up personnel social insurance, commercial insurance, provident fund and other business handling;
6. Regularly maintained staff roster and HR related reports, conducted data analysis, diagnosed HR management problems, and put forward reasonable suggestions;
7. Complete other work arranged by the leader.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in human resource related major;
2. Have more than 1 year experience in human resources, familiar with the process of six modules, have good data analysis ability, skilled use of various office software;
3. Have strong communication skills, team spirit, strong sense of responsibility, proactive work, careful and serious, cheerful personality, strong execution, can bear greater work pressure;
